One thread, from the idea to the last socket
Five services that work as one integrated system. We do not sell drawings separately from coordination — we sell a single responsibility, from the brief to the last socket.

Complete interior design
From the brief to the last socket.
The core service of the studio. We take on the whole home: concept, 3D visualisation, technical documentation, quantity schedules and coordination of the trades. One point of contact, one responsibility, one set of drawings that every trade reads the same way.
What it includes
- Partition and furniture layouts with clearance dimensions
- Photorealistic renders for every space
- Floor setting-out drawings and reflected ceiling plans with lighting
- Wall elevations and complete quantity schedules
- Shop drawings for bespoke furniture
- A supplier list with alternatives at several budget levels
- Handover of the documentation to the trades, plus site visits

Architecture + integrated design
For projects from scratch, or structural changes.
For complex architecture and design projects we work in collaboration with a professional team of architects, so that the project is delivered as quickly as possible and the execution stages are phased optimally for the client.
What it includes
- Architecture and interior design coordinated from the very start
- Partitions planned together with the services routes
- Execution phased so that stages never block one another
- One coherent set of documentation for every discipline

A single room
Living room, main bedroom, kitchen — the same process, at a smaller scale.
Sometimes one room decides how the whole home feels. The process stays identical — brief, concept, render, shop drawings — only the area narrows. It is also the simplest way to see how we work before entrusting us with the whole house.
What it includes
- A briefing meeting for the chosen room
- A furniture layout with clearance dimensions
- A photorealistic render of the space
- A schedule of finishes, furniture and light fittings
- Shop drawings for bespoke furniture, where relevant

3D visualisation (renders)
See the house before it exists — and change anything while changing it is still free.
Photorealistic simulations show the furniture, the colour, the lighting, the ceilings and the feature walls before the first order is placed. This is where the expensive decisions are made: on screen, where changing a finish costs an hour of work rather than a week on site.
What it includes
- 3D modelling based on the approved layouts
- Photorealistic renders for each space
- Natural and artificial lighting studies
- Colour and finish options compared side by side
- Two rounds of changes included

Design consultancy
Focused sessions for the key decisions: finishes, lighting, furniture.
For situations where the project already exists and the blockage is a single decision: which stone, what colour temperature, how a junction should resolve. A structured session, with written recommendations you can pass straight to your team.
What it includes
- A one- to two-hour working session, at the studio or online
- A review of the drawings and photographs you already have
- Written recommendations, with alternatives
- A supplier list for the decisions discussed
Execution mistakes consume 10–15% of an interior budget
The design fee is typically a small percentage of the total investment, and it addresses precisely the category of errors that consumes 10–15% of that same investment: wrong dimensions, re-routed services, finishes ordered twice, furniture that does not fit. The purpose of our documentation is that they never happen.
Do you work with my own contractors?
Yes — the technical documentation is designed exactly for that. Your builder, plumber and electrician all receive the same drawings, handed over and explained on site.
